What's the end goal for this property?

This steady influx of visitors is creating strong demand for short-term rental properties, especially in areas close to downtown, such as Fountain Square, Mass Ave, and Broad Ripple.High Occupancy Rates: Short-term rentals in the city are enjoying high occupancy rates, particularly during peak event seasons.

After my first purchase I quickly discovered that the fastest way to scale was through multi-family and so I set forth on a new path. 

Why is this a post?  

If I purchase this and quit claim deed it to my LLC, who pays the mortgage?

What are my options at this time- specifically Can i place a lien on the land without a court order?

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I believe this is critical to the overall business plan and financing strategy for getting this facility back up and running.

I would guess there are firms and HNW who may consider something like this, it would all depend on the overall deal though.
