I absolutely love the stock market and I hold an MBA in financial planning, but I have always had an interest in real estate investing.

I make a pretty good living nowadays and have a lot of time which I have been using for the past year studying everything from cyber security, stock, option, and futures trading, and real estate.

I know this is a dead.

As far as business goes in the LLC vs S Corp vs leave in personal name question I am probably thinking of going the S Corp route since it is noted on here in some posts that some courts are piercing the LLC protections as they are considering it an alter-ego of the person.My question...is that possible with an S Corp, especially if you are sole owner of the stock?  

To me it's not surprising that the stock market is crashing.

I have a deal closing this week that the listing agent did not update in the MLS as being under contract till almost two weeks after we had a ratified contract, and our MLS rules state it needs to be updated within 48 hours.Also the sites that draw information from the MLS like Zillow can just be dead wrong.  

It's also dependent on the housing stock in your area and whether there are duplex properties there that you would be willing to live in, of course.

It seems an IPO is on the horizon for AirBnB, and they do not want regulatory issues hurting their stock prices.

Do you think the caller meant stock market correction?
