As owner I would like to branch out into purchasing investment homes, should I open a new Corp or branch out this one?

Some larger investors, institutional buyers and corporations will hire and compensate a buyers agent to find opportunities for them and some will go direct to the sellers agent or the seller if it’s off market.

I don't like them, for a variety of reasons.When I was in corporate America, I was pretty much forced to play the 401K game.  

Too many people go to college & climb the corporate ladder only to find they have placed the ladder against the wrong wall.
