Unlimited time listing is only $50 more.There are also flat fee listings that include signs, lock boxes, and paperwork.I would not use any preprinted For Sale By Owner signs.

I tore a wall down in one of my rentals to learn that I now had to bring the entire room up to code, meaning new arc-fault breaker, new 3 wire romex everywhere back to the breaker box, additional outlets to reduce spacing between outlets, wired in smoke alarms, etc.

We have access to expired listings, however, my sense on short sales that have expired is either, they got a loan mod, relisted again with another agent, or are unmotivated.Anyone had success doing this?
