It is impossible to have a mutual relationship if one person is in a position of authority. 

Again, this is Florida, where realtors/brokers are about the only professionals who are authorized to prepared contracts outside of the legal profession.I personally don't get wholesaling...too little return for a whole lot of risk. 

,You would need to contact the respective Housing Authority for each city. 

It is also important to know the authorized vehicles belong to our Residents, and not additional, unauthorized, occupants.

I highly recommend you figure out how to contact the housing authority or look at one of their many guides available online.

Had purchase contract written up and a couple other forms giving me authorization to talk to lender on the smith behalf etc. had closing with my title company (they did not call for a payoff but rather the see math to get approximate payoff) and we closed puttting property in the trust which I own and I took over payments.

The new ADU regulation (start 2023) that indicates they cannot withhold the ADU authorization to force you to address issues unrelated to the ADU, do you know if this covers a non-conforming unit?
