Look at the amount of households, ages, number of units etc. 

BTW I’m his same age and I’d never pull crap like this, so don’t blame it on “dumb college kid stuff”.

The size and age of the judgment and the type of lender would dictate whether the lender would require the item to be paid in order to originate the loan. 

I have an tremendous amount of support from them but they do not believe that I can achieve anything without going to college, so just like any other teenager at this age, I am determined to prove them wrong.

She is getting up there in age and is becoming easy to take advantage of.

And in the suburbs it can be useful when comparing property in the same development.Otherwise, you have to take into consideration the variables of lot size, garage or no, age of home and recent reno or no.

@Charlie Van Norman I don't do student housing but it does sound like an excellent idea as long as you are in the age range of the students.
