Americans simply don't manage their personal credit as well as many other countries. and we are one of the few countries that allow such leverage in buying real estate.

The way I see it is most Americans are consumers.

If have an interest watch teh American greed episode on Remington Financial.. and the person who took them down  Ingrid Robinson its a must watch I think for those of us in the industry.

Just in case PITA-Americans do become a protected class, I like to know how to deal with rejecting them. :)

turnkey investments usually do not work..I have no experience in Americans getting taxed in Canada..Limited Partnership may work as well vs a Corporation but consult an attorney on liability differencesHope this helps Happy investing
