I'm an investor, and I also own a real estate brokerage and property management company, and can tell you I do not recommend Wise Agent.I too am researching CRMs and was recently turned on to Zoho by a very trusted source.

I believe there is an exception if it's a municipal sewer but would need to look more into this as it's usually a special situation.

If an appraiser were to go out there, would it be deemed unlivable or Hazardous?

In fact, given the success I had on my first commercial deal (bought, rehabbed and flipped an 18000 ft light industrial building and netted $500K in 24 months), I'm not even sure I want to do residential going forward. 

Theoretically, we can then attach the funds to a new property or a temporary escrow account through an already agreed upon "substitution of collateral."
