I have fairview heating and cooling  replacing an ac u it just the dry box on the outside and if they do a good job I'm going to have them install a full ac system ok  a house across the road I'm closing on so I will get back to you.

The cool thing about rent to own is that you can increase the price by 10% (premium) because the buyer is buying the house 1 or 2 years from now.

Mortar is wet when it's put on, and it normally wouldn't damage an AC.

Realtor's in our town hate doing them because they do not usually ever help with the sale of the house but its cool to see another use for the home.
