We attended the auction and watched the unit get turned over to FNMA.How long does it normally take for the deed to clear and the property to be relisted?

I gave them several hours notice since it was an "Emergency" So I have another witness as of today to their behavior.I always make friends with the permanent neighbors next to my homes and they watch my back for me.

I like to watch Shark Tank and always laugh at how many people walk away without getting the deal done because they were unwilling to trade potential returns for actual knowledge and experience from those who know what they are doing.

I've watched numerous videos on REI strategies and systems to the point I think my brain is about to explode but haven't learned anything useful other than the fact that these programs are extremely costly.

But I have been watching the housing market in Midland for about 6 months and been comparing them to previous years and I have seen it drop.

They make plenty of money on the re-sale of the deconstruction items.After watching The Wire, how could anyone in Baltimore think anything is legit?

@Jay Hinrichs - After watching @Brian Burke 's video in San Francisco from his presentation (anyone who attended Brian's talk at that Meetup back in November will know what I am talking about) I am going to stick with commercial!
