Have you used your self-directed IRA to buy RE?

I am interested in lending IRA funds for real estate projects to interested investors.

This means that if a beneficiary has more than one Coverdell, the combined contributions to the accounts can't exceed $2,000, and no contributions can be made after the beneficiary's 18th birthday   I am not sure if you are mixing CESA with IRAs.

Look up Self-directed IRA if interested.

I would recommend not directly owning real estate in a self directed IRA.

Go to meet ups, REIAs, go to Quest IRA informational programs that are filled with investing ideas.

If you have an IRA, there are rules regulating self-dealing in a deal that you control.

Hello Kasan,In regards to new investors, HML will look for strong credit and liquidity which includes checking, savings, money markets, 401Ks, IRAs, Bonds, Stock, Mutual Funds, etc.
