Is the ole yellow letter with red ink thing really the best way to go about it or could I try blue ink?

I'm feeling like just as long as I get their attention does it really matter if it's yellow paper vs. white, red, black or blue ink? 

It was right near blue back as well.It looks like we're in the same market!

I am not saying that these will in anyway be the norm nor will work for most transactions, but once in a blue moon they may be able to be pulled off.I encourage collaboration and any other creative financing options that have worked for others.

Here is how I went about this campaign:Stepped up from 200 to 400 yellow letters with red ink and pastel blue envelopes to distressed or high equity owners in my farm area.

It is my handwriting (on blue Ink) and when it copies it looks like it is authentic.

We have sent the different groups different pieces to try and test what will get the best response.The first group received a standard yellow letter stuffed inside of a handwritten (in blue sharpie) 6x9" manilla envelope (link).

But there is a fine line between stable, blue collar cheap, and war zone cheap.
