I live in Poughkeepsie NY and I'm looking to connect with landlords in the Dutchess County/Hudson Valley area, or those who own residential properties in the area.

I'm tossing up either a multi family unit in those areas if i go in with a partner or a single family/large condo if i go alone.Also considering East Queens and areas like Valley Stream but need to be in decent commute range to Midtown East
