I plan to get experience in residentail RE of course but ultimately I want to work for foriegn investors.

Ultimately, it could lead to a permanent solution but it isn't there yet.

Can you give us more of a picture of your 5-10 year objectives, and what your ultimate goal in RE investing is? 

The test is pretty challenging.

I ended up using alot of practice tests to help me pass the test.

My though process at this point hiring a VA doesn’t seem to be the best option because ultimately I would have to spend the time telling him or her what property these materials are for.

There are very specific tests for approving a variance.
