I just graduated High School in June and I am currently taking a gap year to travel the world with a community service, leadership and preforming arts organization called Up with People.

The full course seems very pricey to me (and would require travel).

Well good thing I didn't buy a house because my company asked me to travel out of state for awhile.

Are you planning on staying in Canada and looking for a  partner who can do most of the work so you don't have to travel too   You might even accept a MF property with enough units to support an experienced property manager that will keep an eye what is going on.

The second one is a vacation home we bought in 2005, and the value has not come back to what we bought it for while it is generating some revenue from vacation rentals.My primary interest is flipping as I'm very much into designs and architecture, but my long term goal is to have multi-family units to generate cash flow so we can retire and do the things we're passionate about such as traveling and teaching.I look forward to connecting with peeps on BP!
