I have watched numerous podcasts, numerous YouTube videos trying to educate myself on what to look for.

I have been doing my reading, and watching YouTube videos in preparation...but nowhere am I finding recommendations for the right adhesive to use on the NON-drywall backing behind the surround.

I have about $100,000 saved up to begin my real estate journey, a high 700s credit score, and have been emerging myself to the sounds of real estate through the BiggerPockets podcasts and Youtube videos.

Thanks for the response, but that is not how Wholetailing works in my definition or from what I've seen from a number of "gurus" on YouTube.  

There are books, YouTube videos, podcasts, and your local REI community that can really help you to learn. 

I have always wanted to start a business but have never really figured out in what till just a couple months ago when a saw a video from BiggerPockets youtube channel and everything finally just clicked. 

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

If zone is still calling on taco box something is wired incorrectly or the contacts/relay is no good. there's tons of YouTube videos on checking zone valves for continuity, voltage etc. if you still can't figure it out its time to call a professional.
