Ask applicants/tire kicker where they look for openings.  

My wife is tired of searching for tenants and thinks we should accept the month security deposit but i feel like if we give in to this request that the tenant is going to be very high maintenance being that she did a power play from the start.

I am late 40s and tired of depending on others for a paycheck or no paycheck.

I am tired of all the work and fed up with the attitude of the Code Enforcement guys and the Police that show up when I have a problem with the tenants.

Just like you, I didn't see any point in wasting my time on hundreds of calls or emails from tire kickers and this process has greatly reduced the amount of time I spend on people who I don't want and has quite honestly reduced the pain and suffering that is a large part of filling vacancies. 

Personally, I think stainless steel is so overdone.and there are so many SS laminating services out there that comes put a thin layer of SS over your appliances to make them stainless steel, some of them look funny after the application.I am tired of it.The new in thing is "White Ice".

On the rental month to month agreement, we stated we are giving him 3 keys, two to the house one to the gate....again we are doing the best we can with no funds and no help from any family/friends.He signed the rental agreement and intialed where he was supposed to pay and what he is supposed to pay and when...He to me is a scam artest and a thief.....we are on ssi and social security, we hope in the next 6 months to sell the property as we are tired of helping/letting low lifes in our lives....again thank you(for your help)

You'll have to weed out the non-cash tire kickers.

The law will get tired of this and will contact the landlord.
