Hi everyone, I am looking into buying a LTR property in OKC and was wondering if anyone has experience with section 8 in Oklahoma City?

I’m doing my first 1031 exchange and will be netting about $200k.  

I’m going to lend  to a few people I know with LLC ‘s  on some mortgages and receive interest , I am not putting myself out to public lending just some commercial loans as LLC single member pass through  , do I have to pay local taxes in Florida , I have no brick and mortar , no employees , just LLC in Florida and live in Texas , there is no work involved I just receive interest .

I was the highest bidder and only bidder on a property on Hubzu. 

I am the member of a single member LLC, where the LLC is on the title of a rental property, and trying to determine if it is exempt from AB1482, since the LLC does not have a corporation as a member, or if the LLC is binded by AB1482 just in virtue of being an LLC.Any help appreciated :)https://caanet.org/kb/exemption-from-ab-1482-addendum/

Has anyone dealt with section 8 renters before and if so what are some red flags that I should keep an eye out for?
