@Derek FortinIf you contacted a buyers agent and made an offer and are now waiting then yea that is unethical and you should not have contacted seller directlyIf it’s a sellers agent it’s gray if you wait for listing to expire as just realize a buyer could come along at any time.Lastly what paperwork did you sign?
