Commercial dirt is a little harder for most people to wrap their heads around, business failures and abilities to modify a commercial deal is a giant leap forward for most people.

I felt as if I was attending a tech or vocational school to be a middle management type for some mega corporation.

There is a banking giant HQ across the street and rentals are usually pretty easy to find.

My tenant's love the location, neighborhood and there is a good influx of students from GSU and GA Tech.
