I’ve had this.the issue was the trap went dry under the in-house laundry.  

Keep your powder dry and have reserves.

Banks are going to tighten credit and at some point credit will dry up.Does that mean a housing crash?

The other thing in that article was in the beginning where it says "finally after the long dry spell"  What????

Plenty of tenants don't care if shingles are missing, or if the caulk has dried up, or the kitchen sink has a slow drip at the P trap.   

And, it needs to be a place where the town/city actually want the police.Out west we see a lot of little towns that dried up and went away when the Interstate system was built, since the freeway went around town and people no longer had to stop in town.And yet many cities are unaffordable for a lot of people.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but my bad feelings towards landlords stemmed from entitlement on their part - overcharging, failing to respect boundaries and general intent on service to self rather than being considerate of my needs (Ie treating me like a p&l instead of a fellow human).

Then you'll have some cash flow and something to stand on if the wholesaling well dries up.

This would encompass new floors, dry wall, electrical/ plumbing, and two new kitchens (upstairs and mother in law suite).

Could be sunlight related, drying out as it’s designed to do, and porch not getting sun etc.Water is traveling where it’s not supposed to.
