Some sections of the water pipes have been replaced with copper, some with PVC, a lot are still galvanized steel. there is plenty of cloth wiring in the building, but at least some of the outlets have modern wiring pulled.

Many finishes like the laminate counters and fiberglass shower surrounds can be replaced with granite and tile in the future when the neighborhood warrants it (Tubs are new steel tubs).

Also if I did go for top dollar flip do you think I would get a higher ARV going with a more modern look on the interior (White with stainless steel appliances brush nickel hardware, White bathroom tile etc.)
