This contractor had a very specific task that they essentially defined. 

Making some money on the side while doing this would be fantastic, but I'm more concerned about the education to be gained from the opportunity.My rough plan is to gain enough experience to become a wholesaler myself, and use the profits from that to jump into REI (Single-Family homes and Multi-Units) with a strong foundation.I'm currently residing in Cumberland County, more specifically the Vineland/Millville area.

It's easier to try to fit into a loan rather than trying to find a loan that fits our scenario specifically.

In fact, we like local companies who specialize in our specific areas.Be sure to interview a number of people who are using the company you're considering using.

@John Sheridan Yes, but these situations are state specific, and county specific as far as timeleines.

They also have no restrictions on the amount of vehicles they can have, and the contract specifically says that the tenant can cancel the contract at any time.

this is what i LOVE about real estate in the US it is so darn market specific ..I remember i had a home in OH some suburb south of Chicago.. and I wanted to handle my own escrow.. so i just call the title company to open and order and they tell me i cant you have to be an attorney.
