A new panel from manu is more than replaceing the whole dishwasher, and then the install costs if replacing. what would you consider fair?

I couldn't imagine installing a brand new kitchen, granite countertops, new appliances...but leave off the hardware?

This also happens with improper installation. 

If you can afford the repairs I would do them, and then rather than selling as a lease purchase with a small down payment, sell as an installment sale (carryback) with 10-15% down, so you can get your money back.

Hi everyone, I recently had a stamped concrete driveway installed at one of my rental properties.  

You can wait until tenant turnover to actually install the locks if you want, but you will find life so much easier when you only have to carry around one key.

In the end it will be less intrusive to abandon the defective line and install a new one in a location that it can be accessed in the future.
