@Aaron Smith There are companies that exist solely to travel around the country and buy tax liens.

a lot of other people take photos smoking weed, being drunk, pitbulls, guns ,etc...    

I have filed the 1065 and did not include mileage expenses in the 1065 since the business did not reimburse my wife and I for all the travel we did to work on the unit. 

I wonder also if these are travel trailers in the backyard, not mobile homes could they be towed?

The house is mostly cosmetic just smoke damage, fire did not go through walls but still curious if they have to be replaced due to regulations and such?

Travelers gives me more coverage and cheaper than State Farm

So I am hoping we can get some seasonal rental in the healthcare profession to rent the room out I do have friends in those 2 major hospital that can help me spread the word however I will rely on short term rental website tailored for traveling healthcare professional and of course Facebook groups. 

By short term I mean 6 months or less.So the model I’ve been using is: find a smoking deal that needs a major rehab.

So after 10 years in my profession my wife and our 8 kids (yes 8 kids) have decided to travel for a year or so in our very large RV.
