A person NEEDs a focus first, team comes after that because if you want great results a person needs a specialist, not a generalist. generalists get general results, a specialist will deliver "special" results, lol.

Just keep a safe and functional property.I use to think Section 8 tenants have no “skin in the game”.

@Viviana Villegas you may want to reach out to a CPA or tax specialist but if you’re doing Airbnb out of a home that you own I would suggest creating an LLC, EIN, and bank account.

If you are a broker or agent become specialist at  a high level.

You have more skin in the game if you put a higher down payment, and much less likely to default in their eyes. 

Before you dismiss it entirely it's worth a call to a Cost Seg specialist because it's likely more affordable than you're imagining.

If it's a single home transaction most RE agent/brokers will want you to be pre-qualified for a loan based on your credit, employment and skin in the game.

I offered my help, gave him vinegar to rub the skin on his arms and legs to neutralize the bites immediately.
