My wife spent some time in Columbus Ohio and ended up purchasing 3 single family homes in some of the working class neighborhoods, now the work begins. 2 of the homes already have tenants in place, I wanted to ask if anyone had recommendations for a Property manager, handyman, contractor, housecleaning services, etc. for the one that is vacant?

A few years back I bought a 3300sqft single family home for 650k in SilverSpring,MD in a new upscale development that has a mix of townhouses and higher end single family homes (VA loan).

Maybe all you really want is a single 4 plex and that matters more to you than acquiring a multitude of multifamily properties.

We own a single OOS property.  

Obviously, you can't do that for every single real-estate project, but it's not a bad idea to comb over the documents and ask any questions you may have. 

My understanding is that single family homes, rented without using a broker, are exempt from service and ESA requirements.   

I'm a single family investor now ready to transition into Multi-family and looking for some good informational resources to get started. 

Was seriously considering picking up some single family homes however, I think it looks like there was a huge run up in property values in the last year.
