Hello, I moved to Boise, ID 7 months ago and am interested in the local short term rental marked. 

I discovered BP through videos on YouTube funnily enough started watching the Morris Invest videos and when I did some digging on them ended up here. 

Second, the long pole in most of these transactions is the time it takes to do a title search and the deed recording.There's a lot of promise for smart contracts in the space, but I wouldn't trust any smart contract for such a large transaction in the short-term.
