We have done some nice reno work (almost completely by ourselves) and have some features in our home that many houses do not have.

This one seems more legit but it's still like 200 a year plus 10$ for each seminar.

I'm not pitching this service just wanting to get current users to offer up their real world experiences with all the features: lead generation, automatic offer emailing, etc etc?

If you want a full-featured web site, that looks good, is extensible, and has a trusted designer behind it, they have a portfolio and a cost that goes to four figures.

Stick to within 6 months, if possible, and no more than 1 year old unless ABSOLUTELY necessary.Find houses that are the same style, built in relatively the same time period, have similar features (garages, porches, decks, etc), are similar in size, are similar in number of beds/baths, etc.Adding MLS rules won't necessarily help you find better comps...finding comps is as much an art as a science, and it requires more digging (looking at pictures, figuring out external circumstances, reviewing DOM and price drops, etc) than just plugging in an MLS search.

Concentrate on the positive features of the property. 

If you started talking to be about that stuff, I'd lump you into the "I've been to a guru seminar and going to make a fortune and save the world with wholesaling" category.

As a newbie, i knew a few of the questions, i asked had already been answered but using the search did not completely help if i didn't use exact words from post.These two features are definetly helpful and very useful to locate info.Hopefully, the BP veterans wont have to keep answering the same questions over and over again.
