Some will stick to the $100/ft while others can see the future profit and long term partner potential with you and could do it for even closer to $60/ft.  

@Rick BassettSounds like you need to see the voucher itself - It will tell you the voucher size, case worker, the maximum rent allowance, utility allowance, tenant portion and S8 portion of the rent.

If you plan to simply buy already renovated turn key properties, I don't see the sense of moving.

They can personally see the comps, repairs, etc. so that they are comforted in knowing the exact deal you are doing with them.  

In real life, Landlords are absolutely NOT infallible, yet they are always in the right on paper when we see the word EVICTION its an automatic judgement. 

We see the same thing.

i think its still important to do your research when screening the tenant. he might be able to pay full year lease now but what about after the lease is over. what debt does he have, and whats the deeper reason for paying up front, does he have a stable job. treat this as you would any potinial tennant dont just see the big check.
