So that is how they prefer to operate when securing properties. 

We could not find any additional records of the basement being properly finished.If you can provide any further building records in regards to the basement being properly finished the Town could look into those.I tried to call the code official who sent me the email a few times and didn't get a reply. 

When the market is hot it is hard to adjust what we think a house is worth vs what it is currently worth as we base it on the history.I'd rather own than rent as it gives me more security.

I would be ready to have supporting data as to the necessity of them and be sure to include exterior cameras as well, not only in the common drive/entry area, but along the rear permeameter as well- otherwise it seems as if spying on the interior might be miscommunicated as the goal, and if truly for security, you would be covering all points of entry without exterior cameras along all exterior walls. 

So I’m needing helping on securing a mortgage for a short term rental, I have a job but I’m a contractor so several banks told me I needed to get hired on full time first in order to get approval.
