Can anyone recommend a lender that will lend HELOC style on "non-owner-occupied??"  

As you walk in thru the front door there is a wall that separates the kitchen and living room- it has those cut outs in it for an old style TV- I'd like to put a gas fireplace there.

Single family had suited our life style because they are extremely easy to manage if you do good tenant screening. 

If you're a long-term landlord type then sacrificing price for low monthly payments or low/no down payment might be your angle.  

We always upgrade to the new single handle style in order to ensure nobody gets scolded from the hot water if someone else in the house turns on the water while (you or renter) are in the shower.The place looks great!

This is the first time I've tried this style.      

I recommend you buy the new book set for life that has recently just been released.Going to require a life style change and saving up.

But, we lead a bit more up-scale life-style.

It wouldn't be able to pass VA style of inspection, which is very safety oriented.If everything is functioning and just hasn't been updated in years that might work.

He is kind of pushy in his style but he does have some interesting things to say.
