I would also guess (not that I've loan-shopped since the last fed rate hike) your rate might be 5% - 5.5%.So, just to be really, really over general with a few rounding errors along the way:$1.5M purchase price $375K down (25%)$1.125M loan amount $7,425 monthly payment (at 5% interest rate, 20 year amortization So, you're basically at a $7,500 mortgage.

Bid on - hundreds, but that includes auctions that flew past my price in seconds.Won - ten2 became properties of mine, 1 was cancelled and refunded by the county due to an error, 1 is still pending, 1 expired worthless as I chose not to redeem (lesson about diligence), and 5 redeemed.
