nopedouble close, meaning you actually purchase with money from the seller called the A-B transaction (don't worry if you don't have any money, I have a feeling someone will be here shortly to offer you a solution to that) then you immediately resell it to an end buyer that you have already lined up called the B-C transaction.

You need to be very organized, have a plan, and get promises in writing.Many of these folks will suck you in telling you that they can settle your debts for a fraction of the real balance owed.

Can buy property for rental and keep living with the parents, buy property that needs some work done on it, fix it up and resell it or buy a house/townhome (something up to $120k), live in it, pay it of in 2 years and than buy something else (having equity already)

I don't get it, but that's what I roll with...In the past it was never a big deal to QCD the property to my s-corp after the initial deed was recorded since I was reselling them on land contract.

Any organization that would first teach you to increase the limit on your credit card and then sell you a product with your new found credit limit... does not have your best interests in mind... regardless of their claims or pitch!
