I mean its 2015, doesn't seem like their are many new individual wholesalers left, maybe that might be a good thing but what i don't know is, before i put the amount of time i am about to devote towards finding distressed houses, filing lease options, assigning contracts, etc... is there still business out there to be done.

@John Thedford if you file your LLC as an S-corp you owe tax on all your profits made in the company even if you leave all you money in the company.

Serve 14 days on 2nd day if they don't pay.3. if your lease states the lessor is the LLC and you file the 14 or 30 day notice and the court paper with the LLC name,  the judge may toss it out and require you to resubmit it with a lawyer.
