Not the 24 hour trick that we used to employ.Compounding this problem is the relocation of most probate courts to the old county courthouses away from the suburbs (due to budgetary problems).So, for this (and other reasons), my vote is to work this outside of the probate court.

That, in itself, seems to be anti-conservation - you can't simply use as "little" hot water as you please - since the tankless heater may not sense it.Rinnai seems to be a good brand (it's the only brand my commercial HVAC friend installs).Bear in mind, it is sometimes easier to relocate the (tankless) water heater so that it is sitting against an exterior wall (so you can easily vent it) and re-run the plumbing to it, than trying to get the necessary large vents (which typically cannot be shared) run to an exterior wall.

"So even one property is too many, if they know/suspect you are trying to use a program designed to encourage owner-occupants for investment purposes.But, on the other hand: "If the borrower is relocating and re-establishing residency in another area not within reasonable commuting distance from the current principal residence, the borrower may obtain another mortgage using FHA insured financing and is not required to sell the existing property covered by an FHA insured mortgage."

im new to all this and just getting my toes wet learning, and i still live paycheck to paycheck, i have never used my vet bens for RE so i'm looking into using them now because the interest is so low, rent is still high here, and hard for the natives to pay (i relocated here for the job) there's got to be a way to take advantage of this.
