Regardless of your religious beliefs, at what point does this not sound completely ridiculous and unethical?

I'm a pretty low lifestyle kind of person, but there's not much I can't go buy today if I really want it.

I have listened to both of your podcast and followed your filtering questions religiously (along with my best attempts at positive and negative reinforcement with my voice).  

Find out why they need to sell in a casual, conversational manner and make your offer a lifestyle solution, not just a price on a contract. 

Most people can barely afford the place/lifestyle they currently live with let alone another place. 

I’m not going to get religious on you, but believe me, I would never compare anyone to God.do you pay 100% or more of the asking price for the properties you are working on, because if that property is listed with a realtor that price must be fair and correct RIGHT?

For me, I've changed a lot of things that my previous lifestyle would have certainly increased my risks of shortening my lifespan.

You're in Utah so maybe the religious closing works there, but I'd leave it out otherwise.I send out hundreds of thousands of mailers.
