I'm so tired of spending so much time installing regular 10mm laminate flooring and the seeing water damage or tenant chips in this stuff.  

I would add at least 1600 to what they claim for maintenance and they don't even have anything budgeted for maintenance.

I also use a website called UECONOMICS, but I would love to find a mobile app that updates regularly. 

It's slow going to say the least but we are making regular deposits into the business account and opened a small secured line of credit to start building the businesses credit.

@Kenneth Garrett My understanding is you'd have to subject yourself to the laws as a reseller of energy like the companies that constantly call and knock on our doors claiming to be sent by ComEd to lower our bills.
