Very cool to hear Ken that RE was able to give you the freedom of time to be there when things mattered the most.Do you stay local for REI in your area of maricopa county or do you expand to Pima county and other states too?

I've had a SF rental property for about 5 years and now looking to expand into multi-family and flipping. 

What this tells me is that there are so many pathways to success and if you stay at it and keep your head up you will eventually find the path that fits you.I am not an expert, but I invite those who can contribute more or expand on this topic to do so because I think there are hidden topics like this one that can help so many who could use the encouragement. 

The house is in a B class neighborhood and rents have been increasing rapidly since March.

Now I have the opportunity to go out to Denver, I'm in Grand Rapids now, but I'm ready to get marketing and I don't know which is going to yield a higher ROI and be more consistent.

So I came across a Craigslist ad from someone in TX saying they having a Boston based group and looking to expand and ad on REI investors.
