Every tenant is different, how would you know how much insurance they would want or do you just do a "base" amount so they have basic coverage ?

Compass already up 6% today as if there is a displacement of lower quality agents then Compass will be the clear winner.  

The stay is just the beginning of the revenue stream, like a base line.

For example I have a customer in Zurich who needs a mattress and adjustable base that only exists in the USA and they don't want to pay retail pricing.I wish I knew how to do deals like this well with RE and had all the contacts.
