I feel the lack of transparency in a double closing deal promotes an opportunity for the unethical treatment of poorly informed sellers-- I don't want to be involved in that.

As much as it seems like BP talks crap about them read between the lines and youll find that BP actually promotes mentorship programs...

Be careful with that,  it's getting promoted a lot but auto text messages should be checked for legality.  500 fine per text per person from what I understand. 

I get almost all of my promotional materials - signs, banners, tents, flags, printing, etc - from China.

So many people, sometimes by the speakers themselves and sometimes by those promoting them, attach the word guru when describing a person.

You won't find them promoting national seminars, providing free one hour introductory seminars at 6 local hotels, or promising that anyone who can come up with $5000 can be successful.

I think it is one of the best ways to promote a business in the targeted area.
