You may want to start networking at your local real estate investment club to connect with key players to help give you some guidance as it pertains to your area.

Some good people in the area on BP but you'll have to hit the streets to really network probably like anywhere, as most of the real players don't go to club meetings or visit guru seminars they just buy and sell houses like they've done for years.
