Are you planning to just let the money sit in your property, or are you wanting to deploy it?

If the in-place rents generate don't generate enough cashflow to cover your debt service, you'll want to plan to bring additional equity to the deal to cover the shortfalls.

I had my buyer lined up and we did plan on selling the LLC from day one, so I gave it a fitting name that would compliment my buyers parent company which was Brown Bear Construction.
