Hello BP,This may be a rookie question however I am estimating after repair values based on pictures of several listings.I was wondering if I place an offer prior to physically viewing the property will I be able to pull out of the deal if After physically viewing the property, I realize that the rehab cost is higher than I had originally estimated.I would like to be able to make offers prior to viewing properties but not be stuck if my estimates are off.

Well if he’s on the deed, he’s not “squatting” in the house, he’s a legal owner of the house with as much right to it as her absent some court order to the contrary.Having said that, if he was physically abusive to her, perhaps she could seek a restraining order (or order of protection as they’re called in some jurisdictions) which often include a move-out order when two people live together, as well a requirement to stay a certain distance away from the protected party.

For sure.However,  regulating the activity of people brokering real estate sales is a highly valuable thing for the public, and directly in the purview of the National Association of Realtors (or more relevantly the government body dealing with housing (HUD?)

The actual array itself is not physically divided, it can still be one big array in whatever design configuration makes the most sense for the roof space, but a certain number of the panels are allocated to each condo unit and are wired to the appropriate meter/account.
