Now you're down to 18 homes paying.Or you live near the park and deal with the beer cans, grass cutting etc yourself.our line in the sand for remote manageability is:  40 pads, all lot rent, clean park which is a sign of good tenants and good management.Drive a perspective park:  look for dirt bikes leaning up against homes, ninja bikes, cars / trucks being worked on.
