For months this guy (a pastor) told us that these apartments were in process of being converted into condos for us to sell.

Governmental seized properties go to a listing process, under fed or state Treasury rules, don't see any advantage there.A bail bondsman is an insurance agent underwriting for a company, they probably don't have anything to do with properties, like a State Farm agent trying to sell off a total loss property, that's not in their realm of responsibility. :)

We use Bill Cooper Jr of State Farm for insurance on our rentals. 

State Farm, Allstate, Erie) or can they quote your properties with multiple companies?

we live in the states. my brother and I inherited land out there so were either thinking of selling, splitting or maybe building. we have 2 properties 1 with a house close to san sebastian and the other in sector boys scout it's really good to farm I just need advice on what I should do .
