Well I'm not sure how long distance that you are willing to go but here in south central Pa in cities like Reading and York.

If you just take the title policy, you'll need to get a hold harmless letter at your closing from the current title company, which can be a pain in the butt unless you use the same title company.

You could easily listen to some of these driving in your car.Building will tie up a lot of your cash and not only that inspectors can be a real pain as well as dealing with the city that approves everything.

The most recent one being1) replace screen2) replace some floor tile in the kitchen3) patch and paint the holes that tenants made4) replace door frame in the common area (major), suck5) level and replace cement/stone that is outside of the house... crazy noyeah, every year is like that a god damn pain.

You get taxed on the income, but depreciation lessens the pain.
