There are basic parameters, like "location, location, location", or locking low interest rates is a force multiplier, or materials basically cost the same everywhere but labor expenses are vastly different based upon location.I believe the percentage rules are a little deceiving.

If rent is $800 but you charged them $750 and exchanged the other $50 for a repair, you've still essentially received $800 for rent.As an aside, you should never reduce rent in exchange for labor, for a couple reasons:1.

Also the labor force is cheaper building with this material.Rezoning commercial to MFH is just a question at your local Zoning or development office and for assurance getting a letter from them.
