People think that using Legal Zoom or other online cheap resources is best but I've seen first hand the problems that arise and the cost then far exceeds what you'd pay to speak with an attorney first.Also, you spoke about wanting to crowdfund - without knowing more of exactly what you want to do - be very very careful in that area.
