Their loan officer is the one you need to question, and hope he gives you correct info.

If the only reason you are doing it is to have access to MLS, there's other ways to get the information.Brokers have overhead that has to be paid for offices, phone systems, advertising, insurance, management, etc.

When I call I am told I need to talk to so and so, and low and behold he is not in his office and never returns my calls or my emails.
